Order and delivery Times:
Once we have received your order, your item/s will be packed and sent to you on receipt of payment.
Proof of payments can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish.
Delivery options are available to you at checkout.
The product I want is out of stock:
If the product you want is out of stock, it can in most instances be back ordered.
Do I pay when I back order:
Yes. You will still have to go through the ordering and payment process in full.
How long do I wait for a back order:
Niner Bikes that are out of stock and available on back order usually take 5 – 7 weeks.
However, as there is constant stock arriving, you could wait as little as 2 – 3 weeks.
All other products are subject to availability from the supplier and you will be informed over email on confirmation of your order with proof of payment.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping and delivery is available on checkout. If you choose to buy a bike or frame, the charge of a bike box / frame needs to be chosen.
Items that need to be returned, can be done so for either an additional size (if available) or fro a refund. All returns need to be sent back to:

Niner is really proud of its commitment to high quality products and manufacturing standards. Unfortunately on rare occasions it is the case that faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Photo of Riders ID
Proof of purchase (scan or photo)
Photographs of fault and of full bike, including close up of 2 different angles and of complete bike.
Once we have received the above information, the warranty claim will be reviewed and processed by our warranty team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review.
