So even though I live around the corner feom Bikemob, I have not visited the shop all that often. Well that changes now. The shop feels warm and welcoming and in an industry where experts/sales staff sometimes make customers feel awkward because of lack of technical knowledge, at Bikemob this is definitely not the case.

Staff dont force you to buy anything and whilst assisting sufficiently, allow you the consumer to make your own decisions. I bought calipers which I could barely afford, next week I will be back getting the rest of a new groupset simply because of good service. I asked for pricing via email, and received almost immediate reply. Thanks Neville
